Ina D. Flores

Ina D.  Flores, 83, of Leominster, MA died May 21,2022 at 6:45 pronounced at 7:08 , surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s and other complications. 

Ina was a fervent servant of God having served as an active member and local missionary of the Seventh Day Adventist church in both Brooklyn, NY and the local Lancaster and Leominster, MA community. Her love for singing led her to join the church choir at Bay Ridge Seventh Day Adventist Church, Central Brooklyn Seventh Day Adventist Church in Brooklyn, NY, and  Atlantic Union College Church  in Lancaster, MA. 

Ina was the wife of Pedro Ovidio Flores whom she married in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Together they established a business of import and export of whole sale seafood in Guayaquil, Ecuador prior to immigrating to the United States. After raising her family she later acquired her GED in 1982.

Ina was preceded in death by her parents Carlos and Rosalia Gonzalez, husband Pedro Ovidio Flores, and siblings Medardo y Alejandro Gonzalez. She is survived by her siblings Antonia Ladd and Fausto Gonzalez; her children Jeannett Paiva, Pedro D. Flores, and Ina Agosto; fourteen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
