EDMUND J GAUTHIER

Edmund J Gauthier (Eddie) took his last breath on June 29, 2023 after a long

battle to recover from an injury back in January. He was born in Leominster 9-30-46

to Rita (Andrews) and Carl J Gauthier. He now joins his parents and sisters Nancy

Gauthier and Linda McHugh at the table in heaven.

He leaves the love of his life for almost 30 years, Diane (Gendron-Andries)

who would be celebrating their 24th anniversary on the 24th of July. His children

Scott and his companion Christian, daughter Michelle, step son Brian Andries and

his son Jakob and step-daughter Marcy and her husband David Lomme with their

children Christopher and Chelsea. His father-in- law Rene Gendron, who lived with

them. Nieces Amber McHugh and Megan and Bill Panteleakos (Dylan and Keegan).

His sister-in-laws Ruth and Eric Reardon (Erin and Danielle), Joanne and Bob Boulanger

(Jillian and her husband David and Bradley) and brother-in-law John and Darlene Gendron

(Jonathan and wife Karina, Andrew, Tyler, Lindsey, Hillary and Megan). Aunt Grace (Andrews) Kearney and so many

cousins that were all loved by him.

Eddie graduated Leominster Trade School and went on to work a variety of

jobs. His most memorable were at Wilkinson’s Shell Station, The International Golf

Course and Dufour's RV.

After retiring he enjoyed camping with Diane with the favorite spot being

Newport/Middletown RI. His love of nature and hunting with his friends was a

passion he talked about any time you asked. He was a member of the Leominster

Sportsman Club and NAFCA / Worcester Chapter.

At Eddie’s request there will be no services, but instead he asked for a

Celebration of his Life. You can join us on July 22, 12 to 5 at the Leominster Eagles

on Litchfield St Leominster MA. Diane asks you bring a copy of your favorite photo

so she can add to her album of memories.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in his name to Dana Faber, The

Heart Association, The Diabetes Association or The VNA Care or your favorite

charity.
