LEOMINSTER: Dennis Anthony Rosa, 78, passed away on Wednesday October 22, surrounded by his family, after an illness.
He was born on October 3, 1947, in Leominster the son of the late Anthony Joseph and Florence Irene (Nadeau) Rosa.
Dennis was pre- deceased by the love of his life his wife Deborah (Kinsey) Rosa in 2008.
He leaves his son Scott and his wife Sarah (Sebren) Rosa, a daughter Amy and her husband Paul Roux, seven grandchildren, a brother Wayne Rosa and his wife Gail, a sister Jayne Rosa Barry and her husband Tim, and several nieces, nephews, and great friends. He is already missed by those who loved him.
Dennis owned and operated American Auto Body Repair and DJ’S Discount Auto Body Supplies both in Leominster.
He served our Nation during The Vietnam War as a member of The United States Air Force from 1968 to 1974 and was discharged with the rank of E-5
His political career included State Representative, Commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives, District Fourth Worcester, 2008-2017

Dennis Rosa: His Funeral will be held on Wednesday October 29 from THE CURLEY MARCHAND FUNERAL HOME, 89 WEST ST LEOMINSTER, with a Mass at 11:30 AM in St Leo’s Church, 108 Main St. Leominster. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Leo’s Cemetery Leominster. Calling Hours at the Funeral Home will be on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to: The Beacon of Hope,62 West St. Leominster, MA 01453 and may be left at the Funeral Home
